Sugar-Free Banana Bread with a Protein Boost
At RheinNatur, we have a (healthy) obsession with testing new recipes, especially for guilt-free snacks.
Today on the menu: a simple, sugar-free banana bread that sneaks in an extra hit of protein. It's naturally sweetened, made with whole-food oats, and comes together in about ten minutes of hands-on work. The hardest part is waiting for it to bake.
